Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
• Standard Shipping — $8.00 (Free on orders $70+) — Estimated delivery: 14–30 business days
• Express Shipping — $15.00 — Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Please note: because many of our products are sourced from international suppliers, delivery times may vary and can occasionally exceed these estimates, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any significant delays arise.
Lost or Missing Packages
